Position Summary
Future Comp is an innovative manufacturer of engineered sporting goods.  Using state-of-the-art technology, we produce new solutions and new products in multiple industries.  The Manufacturing Engineer adds value ot the organization in several ways: 1) implementing Lean manufacturing solutions including value-stream-focused waste elimination and reduction, 2) designing and documenting manufacturing processes for repeatability and process and product control, 3) performing studies and experiments resulting in improved processes in support of business management decisions.

Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000

Job Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes for consistent quality of products
• Establish and maintain process consistency for business performance
• Run 5S programs
• Manage waste management and value-stream mapping
• Create spaghetti diagrams and improve workflows throughout the process
